Dynamics files are not deployed with the Deploy Static Objects tool.
When doing a WebClient deployment the client files af/app/afservicetype.r and af/app/afxmlcfgp.r are not deployed.
CAUSE:
These files are incorrectly named as server files.

FIX:
Upgrade to Dynamics 2.0A01 or above.
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.0A or above.
