SYMPTOM(s):
Getting error in Internet Explorer since the installation of 9.1C
Error Initializing the cache. Shutdown all programs and run scandisk or chkdsk.
Delete the cache, cookies and history directories in your windows directory and
then restart IE. If the problem persists reinstall IE.
Error disappears after bi is truncated
FIX:
This error is not related to Progress.
If the error is not hit after truncating the bi file it is because there is a problem of available space in disk (too low).
