SYMPTOM(s):
The 82dbutils directory is missing on Linux
The directory $DLC/bin/82dbutils is not created
CAUSE:
This is expected behavior. Since there was no Progress 8.2x product on Linux, and the only supported method of moving between platforms is to perform a dump and load of the database, therefore the 82dbutils tool is not required.
FIX:
Perform a Dump and load of the version 8.2x database.
