FIX:
Upgrade to Dynamics 2.1B or later.
OR
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.0B02 or later.
Starting from the two versions above, Progress has implemented a new feature whereby the DCU can be updated in batch mode on the same machine as the repository database. No GUI license is required, and the update process can be automated.
