FIX:
At the time of this writing, Progress is not aware of any issues within running Progress and Oracle databases simultaneously on the same machine.
However, you must ensure that the Progress and Oracle versions that you are using are certified for your Operating System version, and also that the machine has enough resources and is correctly configured.
