FIX:
To install the second or later version of WebClient, 9.1E, on the same Windows system as the first installation, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate in a browser to the 9.1E bootstrap.htm file. Click on it.
2. A dialog box appears for downloading the 9.1E's prowcapc file. Select 'open' for the prowcapc file.
3. Choose 'yes' to install the application.
4. The dialog box informs 9.1E WebClient is needed. Click 'yes' to update.
5. WebClient will install followed by the WebClient application.
