Unable to add a new component in WebClient Application Assembler
Opening WebClient project from previous Progress version

CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
Workaround is to modify <weblient>.wcp file and add a new component manually and then continue using WebClient Application Manager.

The problem does not exist in OpenEdge 10.0B, so the another fix is to upgrade to WebClient 10.0B
