SYMPTOM(s):
WebClient system generic designated files are not placed in the Windows system32 folder.
WebClient is creating a SystemFileGeneric folder under the WebClient application install folders.
CAUSE:
WebClient user does not have permission to write to the Windows system32 folder.
FIX:
The user logging into the client machine must have administrator privileges to perform system tasks.
