Remote ORACLE DataServer 7.3C and AIX 4.1.5, update version
A long delay connecting a Remote ORACLE DataServer client to a
ORACLE DataServer on AIX 4.1.5 and PROGRESS 7.3Cx was reported, and
was resolved with PROGRESS 7.3D and higher.
If you're experiencing such long delays (the connection taking minutes
instead of seconds), please update your PROGRESS version to at least
7.3D.
