CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of writing.
Something goes wrong when handling the CRC mismatch, and instead of normal error handling taking effect a crash occurs.
FIX:
Recompile the application.
Alternatively (9.1D01 and higher versions), use client logging to determine for which procedures the crash occurs and recompile just those.
