SYMPTOM(s):
Multiple WebSpeed brokers with the same service cannot register with the same name server.
CAUSE:
Need license for Load Balancing to register the same service on a name server more than once.
FIX:
Install the "Name Server Load Balancing" product or WebSpeed Enterprise Transaction server which includes the Name Server Load Balancing product
