OpenEdge 10.x
FIX:
A client using Progress 9.x JDBC or ODBC can only connect to a database of equal major version. A 9.x JDBC / ODBC client cannot connect to an OpenEdge database.
To use ODBC / JDBC the client and database must be of the same major release.
