No records are returned executing a FOR EACH loop for a table.
Records are returned for other tables using the same FOR EACH loop.
CAUSE:
The table has no records to return.
FIX:
Expected behavior. If there are no records in the table, the result set of the FOR EACH query will be empty and no records will be returned.
