add-last or add-first methods are very slow when loading combo box
Problem only happens with 9.1D09. With other versions it is relatively fast.
Performance is very slow when loading combo box.
CAUSE:
Bug# 20040604-009
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1D0980 or above.
