Unable to read file from the Internet.Error Code 12002
Couldn't download application component <filename.cab> from WebServer with URL: /">http://<webserver> . Error Code is 3
Application has been terminated
CAUSE:
Some security settings from the Internet configuration or additional Firewall software can block a file download during the installation of a WebClient application
FIX:
Modify the Internet configuration to minimize the security at least during the installation of the application, if running some Firewall software make sure this is disabled or setup to accept any file coming from the server where the application resides.
