Trying to print to an OKI ML5520 dot matrix printer
Preview of a particular report is incorrect on 1 PC
Page-size of report appears to be incorrect; size appears truncated
Preview of same report on other PCs is correct
Previewing the same report using different printer drivers displays correctly
Page-size settings of the report are correct
All PCs are referring to the same .PRL file and therefore the same report definition
Installing the latest drivers for both the OKI ML5520 and ML5521 does not make a difference
CAUSE:
It would appear that the problem was caused by a problem with the installation of the printer drivers or the printer drivers themselves
FIX:
Install OKI ML5521 drivers dated 2003
