The error: entered configuration information is incorrect. Re-enter the configuration data
The serial number and control codes are typed in correctly
Progress Provision Plus 9.1E product is from the OpenEdge Studio 2.1.1 listing on The Progress ESD site
OpenEdge Studio 2.1.1 is a special packaging of 9.1E products
ESD site did not have separate codes listed for the individual products included in OpenEdge Studio 2.1.1:

CAUSE:
The control code listed and used was for OpenEdge Studio and not the individual products. The OpenEdge Studio 2.1.1 license Addendum is missing the control codes for the individual Products, but requires that you download the package and install them as separate products.
