Can not start an AppServer.
Not licensed to run this product. (8452)
4GL Development and Database are the only products installed.
CAUSE:
The 4GL Development and Database licenses do not contain the AppServer product.
FIX:
You must install OpenEdge Server Basic, Server Enterprise or Development Server to get the AppServer product.
