GUI SQL Explorer will not start
Character SQL Explorer works fine
wjview.exe not installed on system
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.x
OpenEdge 10.x
Windows
CAUSE:
The Progress installation did not install the Microsoft JVM which provides wjview.exe
FIX:
Install the Microsoft JVM.
Run the msjavx86.exe which is located in the 3party directory on the Installation and in the %DLC%\bin\3party directory of many of the Progress installations.
