You cannot use Overlay frames in Webspeed 2.x
Chapter 14, "Frames," of the Programming Handbook available online
in the WebSpeed Library) contains a section on "Viewing and
Hiding Frames" which does not apply to WebSpeed. Specifically, you
cannot use OVERLAY to manipulate frames in WebSpeed.
