SYMPTOM(s):
Installing Fathom Management for the first time
"In createdir_permission_OSIn createdir_permission_OS" is displayed on the "To Configure Fathom" screen at the end of an install
This message also appears when installing a Fathom Management Service Pack
createdir_permission_OSIn createdir_permission_OS
Fathom Management then starts without error.

Fathom Management 3.0A
Fathom Management 2.x
CAUSE:
Bug# OE00098092
FIX:
Pressing OK allows the install to continue, provided that:
- there were no additional errors reported during the installation;
- The AdminService was shut down before-hand and the installation was undertaken by an Administrative/root account user, Fathom Management will start up for customisation.
