Installing on a Chinese,Japanese, or Korean NT System
When installing WebSpeed on a double-byte Windows NT system,
choose a destination directory pathname that does not include
double-byte characters. Installing in a directory whose pathname
includes double-byte characters results in incomplete registry
settings which prevents you from using WebSpeed.
