Webspeed 2.0 Section Editor Combo display with IE 3.0
If you open the WebSpeed 2.0 Section Editor on a single section
file under Internet Explorer 3.0, and you drop the combo box
that says "Contents", the combo box drops down even though there
are no additional sections to display.
