FIX:
To load ADM1 smartObjects to the AppBuilder palette:
1) On your pallete choose Menu -> Use custom -> then ADD
2) Choose Files and select src/template/smartv8.cst
3) Click OK
4) Then choose Menu -> Options -> Save Pallete
To add custom SmartDataObjects to the palette add the required information into smart.cst or a new .cst file having smart.cst information as a model.
