FIX:
Using Progress Explorer: 1. Right mouse click on the broker and choose properties 2. Under the broker > General, place a check on the check box associated with the Auto start and click OK to save the change By manually editing the ubroker.properties file: 1. Open the %DLC%\properties\ubroker.properties or $DLC/properties/ubroker.properties file, depending on the operating Systems, using your favorite editor 2. Under the [UBroker.WS.<broker name>] section, type "autoStart=1" without the double quote. 3. Save the file In either cases the change will be effective next time you restart the computer (for Windows platform only, if the AdminService is set to Automatic in the Windows services) or restart the AdminServer (for Windows or UNIX).
