Hostname for machine is set correctly
Can ping and telnet to hostname and IP address
Using Java version 1.4.1

CAUSE:
Using wrong Java version for this release of Progress. e.g: Progress 9.1D uses either Java version 1.3.0 or 1.3.1.
FIX:
Install and configure corrct java version.
