FIX:
To use Version 8.x SmartObjects with Version 9 follow these steps:
1) Open the Progress AppBuilder tool.
2) Choose Use Custom in the menu on the palette window.
3) Select ADD > Files.
4) Select the smartv8.cst file.
5) Click OK in all screens.
6) Go to File > NEW.
Look at the Version 8.x SmartObjects (SmartV8Browser,
SmartV8Viewer, SmartV8Query,etc).
7) Use the new buttons on the palette for the Version 8.x
SmartObjects.
