SYMPTOM(s):
Client Networking license was installed on new computer
Application which exists on a network drive no longer works
Application directory on network drive only contains source files
CHANGE:
Computer was replaced with a new one
CAUSE:
As the application located on the network drive contains only source code, the Client Networking license which was installed on the client is not able to execute the source code because it cannot compile code on the fly
FIX:
Install a Progress license on the client machine which allows source code to be compiled on the fly (4GL Development, ProVision, ProVision Plus)
