SYMPTOM(s):
AppBuilder running at design time with Dynamics
DB stopped but error is raised:
SYSTEM ERROR: ixfil called during resyncing (1062)
Only happens when databases are connected shared memory
Fails on Windows XP SP2
Works ok on Windows XP SP1

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00109792
FIX:
Workaround is to use client server connections to the databases connected at design time.
Start databases with a -S parameter and ensure the client session connects in the icfconfig.xml with the same -S setting.
