Getting error 5639 when using customized StandardToolBar

StandardToolBar was developed and customized in Progress 9.1x
StandardToolBar deployed in OpenEdge 10.0x
CAUSE:
The error happens because there is no backward compatibility within the ADM2. Some APIs, Functions or Procedures have been changed within the Progress ADM2 sources.
FIX:
Create a new StandardToolBar for OpenEdge 10.0x
