Not enough memory to build Help file (5059)

Problem: You are trying to compile a large rtf file with the 16-bit
Help Compiler. Your are getting the error message "Not enough memory
to build help file (5059)." You have already tried to free memory by
shutting down all other applications, memory resident programs, and
and unneeded device drivers on your machine.

Possible solution: Many help authoring tools, such as RoboHELP, ship
with an alternative to the Progress/Microsoft help compiler. The one
Progress ships is called hc31.exe. The alternative is called hcp.exe.
Hcp.exe is known to do a much better job with large help files.

Another thing to consider is possibly breaking up your large rtf file
into several smaller files.

Note that in Progress 8.2, we have switched to a 32-bit Help Compiler,
hcrtf.exe and ship the Win 95 Microsoft Help Workshop.
