SYMPTOM(s):
Loading of .df file causing session to hang
Progress sessions hangs when loading the .df file
After loading all the tables the progress session hangs
.df file is big
The CPU usage is near 100%
No GPF seems to be raised
CAUSE:
The Progress session after loading the definition performs other task that could take much time dependently to the size of the definition loaded. This may give the idea of the session hanging.
FIX:
Please wait until the Progress Load utility finish all the operation. The session is not hanging, but it is just working.
