Status: Unverified
FACT(s) (Environment):
Dynamics
SYMPTOM(s):
Treeview does not show all records in SDO nodes
Records missing in SDO nodes of a treeview
The missing records are always the same when restarting the treeview
CAUSE:
Entity Key field is not defined correctly in Administration/Entity maintenance.
If the primary index of the table is defined against multiple fields, then Entity Key field has to be set to a comma separated list of fields used in the primary index.
Note that the Dynamic Treeview relies very intensively on the definition of entity data.
FIX:
In Entity Maintenance, define Entity Key field correctly, with a comma separated list of fields used in the primary index.
