Generating a SQL query using Microsoft Access.
CAUSE:
The Progress SQL-92 engine does not support constants in the GROUP BY clause.
Progress is following the SQL-92 standard, but Microsoft Access is not.
FIX:
Remove the constants from the GROUP BY clause.
