Actuate - ConnectNamedPipe failed
ConnectNamedPipe failed (6014)
** Could not connect to server for database <DATABASE>,
errno <ERRNO>. (1432)
Error establishing Open Interface Driver connection. (2575)
... trying to connect to Progress OIB from Actuate DEVWB.
Check that the TCP/IP is Up & Running. Actuate uses TCP/IP to
connect to the OIB, if the TCP/IP is not Up & Running this error might
occur.
