SYMPTOM(s):
Calculated field placed on a dynamic viewer does not inherit label and format
When placing a calculated field from a static SDO onto a dynamic viewer, it fails to show the label and format for it.
In 2.1A03, it shows the message below only for the first time on a session: ** Unable to assign UNKNOWN value to attribute FORM on FILL-IN widget. (4083)

In the Property sheet of the offending calculated field choose Database Field button and there click on the OK button
