Unable to connect to Admin Service using Progress Explorer tool
Error 8163 and 8171 in the Adminserv.log file
UBRemoteObject.stopService(): problem removing UBControlCmd object for . (8163)
UBRemoteObject.stopService(): problem removing UBControlCmd object for UBroker.WS.wsbroker1. (8163)
SvcControlCmd.connectToService() failure: Unable to connect to the service process at <URL>(after 2 retries) (8171)
SvcControlCmd.connectToService() failure: Unable to connect to the service process at rmi://host:20931/wsbroker1(after 2 retries) (8171)
Services show Admin Service running
Task Manager show a admsrvc.exe process running
proadsv -q says that AdminServer is not alive
start AdminServer via proadsv -start does not help
Java instalation is corrupted
FIX:
Reinstall java
