FIX:
OpenEdge 10.0X ubroker.properties file is different from Progress 9.1D ubroker.properties file.
Using the previous version's ubroker.properties file will cause inconsistencies and errors. For example, the AdminServer will start but the agents (NS1, ASBROKER1) will not start.
Use OpenEdge's 10.0X ubroker.properties file with 10.0X installations.
