FIX:
Staring in Progress 8.2A the Win Intel installation utility contains the component "Intersolv ODBC Driver Support". This component installs the %DLC\bin\prosql32.dll and %DLC%\probuild\esqlc\prosql32.lib files which are necessary to work with the InterSolv driver.
This component is not a ODBC driver, but contains the files necessary to establish a ODBC connection using the InterSolv driver. The InterSolv ODBC driver can only be obtained from
InterSolv.
Progress only supports the use of the DataDirect ODBC driver SQL-89 driver provided by DataDirect technologies.
