FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Browse button for installation directory is grayed out.
Can not change the installation directory from its default value, C:\Program Files\Progress.
CAUSE:
Previous installation aborted and left the following partial registry keys behind:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\PSC
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PSC
FIX:
To resolve the problem, follow these steps:
1) Remove the following keys from the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\PSC
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PSC
2) Restart the Windows machine.
3) Start the Progress installation again.
