Actuate error **unable to understand after - "Declare" (247)

Symptom:
User is trying to connect from Actuate to a Unix Progress database,
either through the Wizard or from the report itself.

The connection appears to go through, but Actuate returns a Progress
SQL Message: ** Unable to understand after -- "DECLARE". (247)
** Invalid statement (245)

Resolution:
This indicates that you have included a path to your database in the
DatabaseList from within the connection Component Editor.

The DatabaseList should only include the logical database name (and
optionally any network parameters if you are not connecting
in self-service mode)

Example: DatabaseList -db sports (No path!)
