SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to use Webtools to compile
Cannot access webtools
Using broker in production mode
Cannot stop broker to switch modes
CAUSE:
This is an expected behavior. Using production mode does not allow access to Webtools/Workshop.
FIX:
Create an additional Broker using the same information from the original but make sure that you set another port number for this new service and use development mode for this new broker.
