Can startup parameters be referenced and/or used with primary and/or secondary brokers
FIX:
The Startup Parameters are generic to the database as a whole. they must always defined on the primary broker.
Connection parameters like -S -H -N -Mpb -Mm -Ma -Mi can be broker specific.
