SYMPTOM(s):
The Dynamics Audit button on the Toolbar is not enabled.
The Toolbar has an Audit button, but it is not sensitive.
CAUSE:
There isn't a Toolbar link defined between the toolbar and the object being used for update.
FIX:
Add the Toolbar link in the Container Builder Links Maintenance Tool.
