FACT(s) (Environment):
Oracle DataServer

SYMPTOM(s):
Error: The shared memory is version <num>; expected <num> (1178)
CHANGE:
Built _orasvr with 9.1D FCS then applied service pack
FIX:
The _orasrv executable will need to be based on the service pack code. There are two ways to fix this problem.
1. Run the probuild script again to build the Oracle executable using the code in the service pack.
2. If your operating system and version of Oracle allows for the Oracle libraries to be dynamically accessed then use the executables supplied with the Progress Product. (See the note below)
