How to suppresses the printing of repeating data on record band lines
FIX:
1. Create a Group Order for every field you want to suppress the repeating data for and use the Print Once attribute.
a. From the Report Builder Menu, select "Database" and then "Group Order ..." or click on the "Group Order" button from the tool bar.
b. Select "New..." button
c. Select the "Group Field". This is the field that you wish to print only once.
d. Turn on the Attribute "Print Once"
e. Click OK.
f. Repeat steps "a" through "e" for as many fields you wish to print only once.
g. click OK to save and exit the Group Order dialog.
