No, this is not possible.
Only OE 10.0B databases can be replicated with 10.0B Fathom HA Replication.
There will be Fathom Replication 3.0A release in Q4/2004 which will work with Progress 9.1E (also Q4/2004). The only solution as of the time of writing for Progress 9.1D is to use Fathom Replication 2.0A or upgrade the databases to 10.0B.
