FIX:
1. Backup the 2.0A02 repository database
2. Install Dynamics 2.1A01 and Progress version 9.1D with the latest service pack
3. Run the 2.1A01 DCU against the 2.0A02 repository database
4. Run the 2.1A01 Development session to process the ADO load
5. Backup the migrated 2.1A01 repository database
6. Truncate the 2.1A01 repository database bi using the Progress 9.1D:
proenv> proutil icfdb -C truncate bi
7. Install the OpenEdge 10.0B
8. Convert the repository database to OpenEdge 10.0B using 'proenv' from the OE 10.0B:
proenv> proutil icfdb -C conv910
9. Run the OpenEdge 10.0B DCU against the 2.1A01 converted to 10.0B in previous step
10. Run the OpenEdge 10.0B Dynamics Development session to process ADO load
