FIX:
Here are the steps to accomplish this:
1. Right mouse click on the "My Computer" icon on the desktop and choose "Manage"
2. Click the node for the "Services and Applications" at the left hand side of the Computer Management window
3. Click the node for the "Internet Information Services"
4. Click on the node for the "Web Sites"
5. Right mouse click on the "Default Web Site" and choose "Properties"
6. In the Web Site tab, change the TCP port number 80 to your desired port under the "Web Site Identification" section.
