Cannot see parameters tab in cluster resource properties in Microsoft Cluster
Administration tool
The FINISH button is displayed instead of the NEXT button in the Dependency screen when trying to manually add a Progress related resource.
Can see parameters tab for non-Progress related Cluster Resources.
The FINISH button is displayed instead of the NEXT button in the Dependency screen when trying to manually add a non-Progress related resource.

CAUSE:
Cluster related .dll files are corrupt or missing from %PATH%.
FIX:
The following Fathom High Availability .dll files must be in the %PATH% and in good condition:
%FathomHACinstall%\bin:
PSCluster.dll
PSClusterx.dll
PSCResource.dll
Double check that the following Microsoft .dlls are found in the %PATH% and in good condition:
%Systemroot%\system32:
Cluadmex.dll
Debugex.dll
